This Return, Replacement & Exchange Policy applies to all purchases made through 3D Furnace. By placing an order with us, customers acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Custom-Made Product Policy

All products sold by 3D Furnace are custom-made, made-to-order, or manufactured specifically according to customer-selected specifications. Due to the personalized and production-based nature of 3D printed products, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in this policy.


2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Orders

Orders that include customized dimensions, names, logos, color requests, personalized text, modified designs, or any customer-requested alterations are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun.

3D Furnace does not provide monetary refunds for completed or delivered orders except where required under applicable law.


3. Exchange & Replacement Eligibility

In cases where a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the ordered item, customers may be eligible for:

  • Product replacement
  • Exchange for the same product
  • Store credit (at the sole discretion of 3D Furnace)

Refunds will generally not be provided.

All exchange or replacement requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.


4. Manufacturing Characteristics

Customers acknowledge that 3D printed products may naturally contain:

  • Visible layer lines
  • Support marks
  • Seam marks
  • Minor surface imperfections
  • Texture variations
  • Slight dimensional tolerances

These are inherent characteristics of additive manufacturing and shall not be considered defects.


5. Damaged or Defective Product Claims

To request a replacement or exchange, customers must provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photographs of the issue
  • Detailed description of the problem
  • A complete unboxing video recorded continuously from the moment the sealed package is opened

Failure to provide a valid uninterrupted unboxing video may result in rejection of the claim.

After review, 3D Furnace reserves the right to:

  • Approve or reject the claim
  • Offer a replacement
  • Offer an exchange
  • Provide store credit
  • Request return of the original item before processing the replacement

6. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

For any claim regarding:

  • Damage
  • Missing items
  • Incorrect products
  • Transit-related issues

Customers must provide a clear and continuous unboxing video showing:

  • The sealed package before opening
  • Shipping label visibility
  • Full unpacking process without cuts or edits
  • The issue or damaged item clearly visible

Claims submitted without valid video proof may not be accepted.


7. Return Shipping for Exchanges

If an exchange or replacement is approved:

  • Customers may be required to return the original item.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging unless damaged during transit.
  • Return shipping responsibility may vary depending on the nature of the issue and will be decided by 3D Furnace after review.

8. Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that shipping information entered during checkout is accurate and complete.

3D Furnace shall not be liable for delivery failures, delays, losses, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.


9. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be canceled before production or printing has started.

Once manufacturing has begun, cancellation requests may be denied due to material consumption, machine time, and production costs.


10. Color & Material Disclaimer

Actual product colors, textures, finishes, and lighting effects may vary slightly due to:

  • Filament batch differences
  • Monitor calibration
  • Environmental lighting
  • Printing conditions

Such minor variations shall not qualify as defects or replacement eligibility.


11. Limitation of Liability

3D Furnace shall not be responsible for:

  • Misuse
  • Improper handling
  • Accidental damage
  • Improper installation
  • Wear and tear after delivery
  • Indirect or consequential damages arising from product usage

12. Exchange Processing Timeline

Approved exchange or replacement requests are typically processed within 5–10 business days after claim approval or after receiving the returned product (if required).

Shipping timelines may vary depending on location and product availability.
